Gent Hostel de Draecke

This hostel in Ghent was a sanctuary while travelling through Belgium for a week. It's a very quiet and convenient place to prepare for what lay ahead. The rooms were very complete, with two bunk beds, table and chairs and a wardrobe. There was an en suite, with shower, such a luxury! We shared a room with another Spanish girl and a very nice Japanese girl. We really didn't have any problems with roommates! Breakfast was really good, with bread, yogourt, juices, coffee, tea, cold cuts, and cereal. This hostel has no kitchen for guests, but you can ask the receptionist to warm anything you want in the microwave.
