A charming experience
I've been to Fujiyama twice, the first time to celebrate my birthday and the second with a friend. A minimalist place, with private rooms separated by sliding dooors, comfy cushions on the wooden benches, and typically efficient Japanese service. In the large main room, there are plenty of tables where you can watch the food prepared in front of your eyes. The menu is mainly seafood, with sushi, sashimi, rice, different soups and tempura. At the end of the meal, they'll bring you a fragrant hot towel to clean your hands. A charming experience.
