La Fromagerie Artisanale de Ris

Cette fromagerie se trouve sur la grande route qui mène à Vichy. Près du chemin de fer, elle est ouverte 6 jours sur 7 du matin au soir. Dès l’extérieur, on peut apprécier la mise en avant du produit. Le local est assez petit mais lorsque l’on rentre dedans on est submergé par les différentes senteurs. Sur la droite, on peut voir les fromages fabriqués sur place et sur la gauche, un petit établi regroupe les autres fromages des autres régions. Au sol, en plein milieu de la pièce, un carré est vitré pour avoir une vue sur le sous-sol où reposent les fromages. C’est un réel moment de bonheur pour ceux qui adorent le fromage auvergnat!

This cheese is on the high road to Vichy. Near the railway, it is open 6 days out of 7 from morning to night. From the outside, one can appreciate the highlighting of the product. The room is quite small but when we go inside we are overwhelmed by the different scents. On the right you can see the cheeses produced on site and on the left, a small set includes other cheeses from other regions. On the ground, in the middle of the room, a square is glazed to have a view of the basement where lie the cheese. This is a real moment of happiness for those who love the Auvergne cheese!
