In the Plaça da Liberdade, at the end of the main street from the train station of Viana do Castelo and ends at the river Lima, right there in the same bank, is Foz, a cafe restaurant where you can have a drink, eat ice cream, or even have a whole meal to choose from, from a menu of pizzas, burgers, etc.. The terrace is under an arcade with a view of the river and its estuary.
