Traditional Chicago pub
Four Farthings is nestled only yards away from the DePaul campus and Victory Gardens Theatre in Lincoln Park. With its traditional Chicago pub feel of the crafted wood bar and ancient cash register, this pub is an ideal place get a pint. The crowd typically coming into this pub house is the neighborhood crowd. Lincoln Park has mostly middle aged to older couples, so typically when walking into Four Farthings I find mostly older men who have been coming together to drink for decades.
The food is a little bit on the pricier side but is of good quantities.
Some nights they have trivia night where people play a trivia game throughout the bar.
