Fontana degli Innamorati

Visiting Amalfi, the beautiful coastal town, you will see an old fountain near the square dedicated to Flavio Gioia. This is the fountain of love, depicting a young couple embracing in the rain. The water flows from the tip of their open umbrella, so it really does look like it's raining. It's very romantic, and really an ideal backdrop for a souvenir photo with your partner. The fountain is located at the public bus terminus, and you can visit the famous arsenal nearby, now used as a museum of the maritime tradition.
