When you go to Barcelona and want to go sightseeing in Lloret, it's remarkable to see an identical copy of the Chutes fountain in the promenade of the small tourist town, a few kilometres from the city of Barcelona. This fountain, donated by the capital in 1968, is surrounded by palm trees, terraces and sea. In this setting, it has a completely different character from the original, which stands in Las Ramblas. In any case, it is a unique piece, and if the legend is true, then the fact that I've drunk from its waters means that I'm destined to return someday to Lloret.
