An interesting site
The upper gardens are currently under construction, although the mall, in the basement, still works as well as the access to RER or Metro. The new project is shown on the fence surrounding the construction site, and aims to make a transparent cover over part of the square. However, it looks like the project isn't even scheduled to be finished until 2016.
