Excellent

It is perhaps the best bakery and bread oven in Valldemossa, with delicious potato cocas (pastry typically made and consumed in Catalonia, eastern parts of Aragon, most of Valencia, the Balearic Islands, Andorra and in French Catalonia) that make you lick your fingers, as well as empanadillas and cocarrois (stuffed breads and pastry native to Mallorca), and ensaïmades (sweet pastry made with strong flour, water, sugar, eggs, mother dough and a kind of reduced pork lard) that are also delicious. They also have a wide variety of products peasants, embutidos (generic term for Spanish sausages), wines,

Botifarras (a type of sausage and one of the most important dishes of the Catalan cuisine) and olive oil.

The best oven on the island!

Excellent

Not only are the potato cocas (pastry typically made and consumed in Catalonia, eastern parts of Aragon, most of Valencia, the Balearic Islands, Andorra and in French Catalonia) and local produce delicious. The chocolate palmiers (sweet, crisp pastry shaped like a palm leaf) are the most delicious I have tasted. Excellent detail and top quality products. If you pass through Valldemossa, you must visit. In fact, I’ve sometimes gone with the sole intention of passing by.
