Former Convent of San Francisco
Because we didn't have much time to stay in this beautiful Mexican colonial village, I decided not to spend my time in the museums. I was more interested to see the colonial architecture, the mines and the prehispanic ruins. It was the first convent built in the province of Zacatecas (1567). Due to a restoration in 1980, we can see its facade, the cupola and sacristy. If you enter this convent, you can see a series of Mexican folklore artwork.
