This is a new hostel with a large courtyard in Hangzhou. It's not located in a central area, but the place is very cozy, surrounded by nature. The double room has free wifi, air conditioning, TV and a private bathroom with shower. All new and in good condition. It has a bicycle rental service, which is definitely the best option for getting around Hangzhou. Fiona's Trip Hostel is a 10 minute bike ride from West Lake.
