Ferragudo Market

Ferragudo market is held the 2nd Sunday of each month. This is a fun market that over the years has come to specialise in antiques. However, it maintains the traditional floor stalls with rags and old dolls, clothing, spare parts, tools, toys, vinyl, VHS films, etc. The market opens from 9h to 13h and is full of German, Dutch and British tourists looking for bargains or simply browsing. The market starts at the central square next to a small pier overlooking the river and a little beyond the sea where ships and fishing boats anchor. An idyllic setting for unique buys.
