Exit Festival

Ragazzi questo sì che è un evento! Uno dei più grandi - se non il più grande - in Europa legato alla musica. Lo organizzano ogni anno nel periodo estivo (in genere verso metà luglio) alla Fortezza di Petrovaradin (a Novi Sad, in Serbia), che si specchia sul Danubio. E' nato dall'iniziativa spontanea di protesta da parte di un piccolo gruppo di intraprendenti studenti serbi e è esploso attirando ogni anno sempre più visitatori e artisti di altissimo livello. Si esibiscono gruppi noti a livello internazionale (in passato sul palco hanno dato spettacolo Patti Smith, Prodigy, Madness, Manic Street Preachers, Billy Idol, Snoop Dogg, Cardigans, Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop, Robert Plant, White Stripes, Lily Allen, Arctic Monkeys, KoRn, Kraftwerk, Moby e molti altri ancora) assieme a band minori. Ci sono oltre 20 palchi tra cui scegliere. Cibo e bevande si trovano a prezzi accessibili e per alloggiare c'è un campeggio dove organizzano anche mercatini e diverse attività durante il giorno.

Guys this is really an event! One of the largest - if not the largest - in Europe related to music. The organized every year during the summer (usually mid-July) at the Petrovaradin Fortress (in Novi Sad, Serbia), which is reflected on the Danube. It 'grew out of the spontaneous protest by a small group of enterprising students Serbs and exploded attracting every year more and more visitors and artists of the highest level. There are over 20 stages to choose from. Food and drinks are affordable and stay there for a campsite where markets and also organize various activities throughout the day.

EXIT festival, c’est l’un des festivals les plus populaires d’Europe – même sacré Meilleur Festival Européen en 2007 par les UK Festival Awards – qui se situe dans la plus belle ville de Serbie : Novi Sad. Le festival se déroule dans un haut-lieu de patrimoine serbe : la forteresse de Petrovaradin. L’Etat d’EXIT reçoit des artistes de renommée internationale, des quatre horizons musicaux qui viennent enfiévrer le début du mois de juillet de chaque année pendant quatre jours d’une rare intensité. En 2011, on pourra assister aux concerts de Arcade Fire, Pulp, Jamiroquai, Portishead, ou M.I.A.parmi des dizaines d’autres icônes de scène pop, rock, électro, etc. Un vrai point d’orgue d’un été festif.

EXIT festival is one of the most popular festivals in Europe - even sacred Best European Festival in 2007 by the UK Festival Awards - which is in the most beautiful city in Serbia: Novi Sad. The festival takes place in a high-rise of Serbian heritage Petrovaradin fortress. The State of EXIT receives international artists, the four musical backgrounds coming inflame the beginning of July each year for four days with a rare intensity. In 2011, we can attend concerts Arcade Fire, Pulp, Jamiroquai, Portishead, or dozens of other MIAparmi scene icons pop, rock, electro, etc.. A real highlight of a festive summer.
