Ethnological Museum of Berlin

Ethnology has never appealed much to me. However, entering the Dahlem Museum, I discovered that one can see the story of five continents, without leaving Berlin. Incredible but true. I have spent hours there, the collections they have are admirable. And, best of all, the museum is super quiet, ie no queues, annoying people trying to take pictures of the works, noise, etc. Also, the price is quite reasonable, for 6 euros you can see the entire museum, 3 euros if you get discounted entrance. So if you like ethnology, I'd recommend it.

Home to ethnography

The Ethnological Museum (Berlin) is a home of most of the ethnographic collections in the world. One of the National Museums of Berlin the Ethnological Museum offers objects of pre-industrial societies with a focus in the non european countries. The Ethnological Museum was founded in 1873 and destroyed in the second world war. The objects that survived eventually found a permanent home in 1970.
