Astronomy center or Anatomic Center
Estaquería is a ceremonial center, which has been in operation since the Paracas culture , until the disappearance of the wary (600 AD). It is 20 km from the city of Nazca, and 4 km west of Cahuachi, which is believed to have belonged. Both are near Nazca River Basin. It is made of a big platform which is arranged with nothing less than 240 posts, about 2 m high, and spaced 2 m apart, that would support a roof. To the west are the remains of a very important quadrangular with a central pole, which was the center of a circle, and a slopping roof of reeds and halter, cone-shaped (like a circus tent) , which have been rescued.
