Ericeira

Legend says Ericeira means "land of hedgehogs." In addition to its history with records dating back to the year 1000 BC, beaches and waves are enjoyed by surfers and are named 1st in the world of surfing in Europe and 2nd in the world surfing reserve . About 40km from the heart of Lisbon, in Mafra, with white houses decorated with blue , lies Ericeira. It's better to get to the beach and afterwards to one of the restaurants to enjoy the charm of both the people as well as the views over the ocean.
