Ercilla hotel

Ercilla is an overrated hotel that doesn't deserve its 4 stars. Yes, it's located in the center of Bilbao, and you can walk everywhere, but the rooms are old and some even have broken furniture. You're presented with a list of movies that aren't available, as the remote control only has buttons for volume and channel. The gym is terrible. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. We'll never go back.
