La escultura de un tigre realizada por Elena Engelsen, es una de las primeras cosas que ve el turista al llegar a la Estación Central de Oslo, y aunque puede parecer que este animal no tiene nada que ver con Oslo a esta ciudad se la conoce como la Ciudad del Tigre por una leyenda que dice que aquí lucharon un tigre y un caballo.
Cuando Oslo celebró su milenio como ciudad en el año 2.000, recibió como obsequio este tigre de bronce de 4,5 metros de largo al que todo el mundo se sube para ser fotografiado
The sculpture of a tiger by Elena Engelsen, is one of the first things you see tourists arriving at the Central Estacin of Oslo, and although it may seem that this animal has nothing to do with Oslo this city is known as City Tigre by a legend that here fought a tiger and a horse. When Oslo celebrated its millennium as a city in the year 2000, I received as a gift this tiger bronze 4.5 meters long that everybody goes to be photographed
