In Cabo de Palos, next to the Mar Menor is the Mosquito. The best pot of all Murcia. A risotto made with fish then aioli. Of course there are other types of rice, fish, shellfish (stuffed scallops), grilled meat, etc. And to drink, the tank (cold pitcher) of beer. Excellent restaurant.

In Cabo de Palos, this is possibly the best place in Spain to eat "Caldero". The service is excellent, the paella is definitely recommended, and the fish is very fresh. The only drawback is that their specialty is so spectacular that takes over everything else.
