Excellent food for an excellent price
We stumbled upon Cafe El Mercurio after a long walk around Plaza de San Francisco and found a good lunch menu with excellent food for an excellent price (around $4.00). It is on the north side of the Plaza de San Francisco and is apparently one of the best restaurants in this part of Cuba. I can't say anything bad about it...the decor, the food, the prices, all incredible. A must if you're in the city.
