El Estribo Restaurant

An authentic Argentinian place beside the sea. I ordered some marinated clams and fried cheese which was well worth the price. It was my birthday and, at midnight, the tango music stopped and they started singing SURPRISE ... Happy Birthday! They brought a cake with a candle for free as it was my birthday. It was so kind of them. This beach front restaurant leases a section of the beach, where they lay their hammocks and parasols and serve food, drinks etc all day long. It has very nice location on the beach near the center of the promenade. I can't remember the name of the steak dish that I had and I do not remember if you have to choose sides separately, though my partner and I chose the spinach baked potato with cheese.
