Between the church and the chapel is the site which is the middle of the world, where you can eat a good homemade ice cream, the paela. Nothing to do with the Spanish food, or ice cream are made with a straw, but the use of straw to make sorbet which dates back to the dawn of time. The result is very good, especially if you opt for local flavors like passion fruit or taxonomy.
