Delicious Cafeteria

The Café de las Monjas is a delicious cafetería that has an original display cabinet with some nuns making the famous marzipan from Toledo.

Its location is perfect. After visiting the Santo Tomé Church, where there is “The Burial of Count Orgaz, you have to stop here to replenish yourself.

It has a great variety of traditional candy, and you can also have hot chocolate with churros. The place is very modern and spacious. The best part: the candy and the super kind vendors.

La cafetería está muy bien para hacer una pequeña pausa y ya de paso comprar algunos mazapanes típicos de la tierra. Muy original el escaparate,por cierto. Respecto al servicio depende el día que vayas,cuando estuve yo la verdad q no era del todo amable,pero si eficiente en su trabajo. Merece la pena hacer una paradita.

Un sitio perfecto para hacer una parada y probar sus dulces, buenísimo su chocolate con avellana, lo malo es que los churros son congelados y parecían que estuviesen recalentados, ponen 4 y cobran 1,40€

Caro y mal servicio

Muy lento y nos cobraron 6 euros por 4 mazapanes, es cierto que estaba lleno, pero aún así mi experiencia no fue demasiado buena, tal vez en otras ocasiones den un mejor servicio, pero el precio es excesivo en cualquier caso.
