El Behique Restaurant
The Behique is one of the restaurants in the Palladium complex. You can find it situated next to the pool Palladium Punta Cana hotel. It is open for both breakfast (7 to 10 am) and lunch (12 to 15h) and dinner (19 to 22h). The dining room is big, and it also has an outdoor terrace customers can enjoy. At breakfast and lunch customers can wear casual clothing (shorts, tshirt, sandals, etc ...), but for dinner you have to dress a little more upscale and formal. As for the food, there is everything you can imagine: Salads, pasta, pizza, paella, gazpacho, several types of meat and fish, etc., and even some cooking zones for: Crepes, scrambled eggs and omelettes for breakfast, or burgers and steaks for lunch and dinner.
Usually they have some piece of roast beef cut for you (roast beef, BBQ ribs ...). The quality is very similar in all resort buffet restaurants. For dinner, every day of the week they have a themed menu: Italian Food, American, Dominican ... (Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area of the terrace, though).
