Edificio Plaza Condesa

El Edificio Plaza Condesa tardó una décadas en ser terminado, y su estilo funcional no embellece mucho las calles del barrio; pero lo que si tiene es una ubicación inmejorable, que ha originado cambios cada año. En una esquina está el legendario Bar Patanegra y su restaurante, en el centro la entrada al actual multifloro Condesa, que es un centro de espectáculos. En otro extremo están bares que cambian cada año o dos, salvo el Artic Bar y el AM, que se han mantenido. En su parte trasera está el estacionamiento, el cual es bastante impráctico por lo viejo: es del tipo de ascensor.
