Ebb

Ebb is a gourmet cafe in the old industrial buildings of St Katherine's Dock. It's a nice place because you are on the water, in an artificial harbor built on the Thames.
Tourists normally walk by when visiting the Tower Bridge, but don't enter the port. Ebb serves a selection of coffees (hot and cold) with chocolate, cream, sort of like Starbucks does. It is a place where young rich people from the neighbourhood gather on the weekend to read a newspaper on the terrace. Every day they make fresh homemade scones, muffins, etc. that you can take to go or eat in their small room. It is modernly decorated and has wifi available to customers.
