Liliana Rancel
Ideally located
The hotel is pretty close to the Praça da Batalha, ideally located between the upper area of the city and the region of the Ribeira, with numerous cheap shops in the same street, and a 24hour taxi service outside. Porto seems to be a city in decline, and we weren't feeling great when we got here, but it's a quiet, safe area. The room was the largest in which I've stayed in the Easyhotel chain, but the bathroom was tiny! The bed was clean and comfortable, and although the wifi was free, the signal wasn't too strong - but we really couldn't ask for any more for just 20 euros a night. The basement of the hotel has several vending machines and tables, and the wifi works better down there.
