Dr. Jaime Lopes Dias Municipal Library

This modern, multifunctional building of stone, glass and wood, has a spacious and well stocked library with a librarian in charge and all kinds of reading, newspapers, spaces for children and the elderly, and is considered by the community as a meeting place and a place for social interaction. It also has exhibition rooms, places for Internet access and since 28 June 2007 has been integrated with the National Network of Libraries of Portugal (LBW). The hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 18.30 pm.
