Dong Ky Temple

The village of Dong Ky, until 1995, was known for making the most spectacular fireworks in all Vietnam, until it was banned and now the village survives by producing handcrafted furniture inlaid with mother of pearl. You can see the handmade furniture all along the main street (the one facing the road) drying in the sun. What it is really worth seeing is the Pagoda, a beautiful stone monument surrounded by ponds and ancient trees.
