Dolmen da Barrosa

This weekend, I went to Vila Praia de Ancora and although I had already been there several times, this was the first time I decided to see the prehistoric monument of "da Barrosa dolmen", which is supposedly one of the best preserved megalithic monuments of Portugal. This megalithic monument is well located near the town's centre. You can't miss it because there are lots of signs. Also you can get to Mount Calvary from here, with its nice viewpoint of Ancora and a long beach. If you go and decide to stay for lunch, I recommend the Portobello Restaurant, located opposite the tourist office and on the seafront of Vila Praia de Ancora.
