A completely empty space
I crossed the docks downtown following my way north along Waterloo Street, which covers several new buildings as well as old ones that have been renovated to make offices. The Clarence Dock is in a completely empty space and can only be seen through bars. This dock was used to construct steam engines, and because of the high fire risk it was installed away from the other docks.
