Didactic Museum of Natural History

The Museum was founded in 1989 with the goal of creating an educational structure to explain the nature and geography of south-central Sicily. Part of the museum is devoted to geography and paleogeography and fossils from the Niscemi and Caltagirone areas, plus the remains of whales.
