Great location
The Devon hotel has a great location just a 10 minute walk from Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Tooth. It is a modern hotel, lacking a bit of charm, but it has all the comforts. The rooms have a big enough bed and are spacious with western décor. There are 27 air conditioned rooms, but honestly it is not a necessary luxury in Kandy.
