A journey through the history of cinema, that is what is in store for visitors to the German Film Museum (Deutsches Filmmuseum). Two permanent exhibitions are dedicated to the first manifestations of this art form in the twentieth century. Optical illusions and movement are central through a tour of the dawn of cinema.
