Between the stove of a small kitchen in Vannes brings together the tremendous talent and enthusiasm of a team of boys and girls ve know how to give life that special touch that you need. Thierry Seychelles is a restaurant owner from Roscanvec. Along with bis heavenly sounding surname, he offers a menu full of dishes full of extraordinary flavors and colors, such as the breaded turbot. You can enjoy dishes such as the sausage land with a thin cover of snow, a meringue topping on apple with a foie gras foam. You can also sample seafood dishes such as fillet of turbot, royal mushrooms, oyster and champagne sparkling broth.
In the dining room, the service is excellent. The waitresses are sisters and always have a smile for the public. From the décor, do not rely on exterior wood trusses because we are in the old Vannes. The interior is wonderful!
