The hotel de la Baie is in the Talborjt Nouveau district, which is a lively area by night, but without too many tourists. The neighbourhood has a number of small hotels, which are popular for the Moroccans who work in the major beach resorts. They're clean, quiet, and very cheap. At the Hotel de la Baie, you can get a double room for 10 euros a night. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby, and the bus station isn't far away. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The manager is a nice guy who knows the region, and will gladly tell you about the various points of interest around Agadir.
