At the beach

Strange how Berlin has several places where you feel like you are at the beach. Especially when the sun comes out, because there is no wind, temperatures easily climb to 30 degrees, and the people of the city come for a tan. The "beach" is located behind the East Side Gallery, this great piece of wall painted after the fall of the socialist side of the former East Berlin. There are sand chairs, some bars that play music, and shady trees. The place is next to the River Spree, and if not for the red brick bridge Omberbaum, you would not think you were in Berlin. Animated at night with night clubs

And concerts in summer.

Sand Swimming Pool Badeschiff

A pool on the river Spree in Berlin! This is a shining example of Berlin's acclimatization to the environment. Berlin makes an incredible twist of 365° when summer comes and becomes an amazing spa town.

Das Badeschiff

The Badeschiff of Berlin is located on the Spree. The objectives are clear: relaxation and wellness. It has a sauna, swimming pool, bar, and a unique view of the city of Berlin. A different way to spend the winter in Berlin.

Swimming in front of the Molecule Man sculpture

No problem!

And so that, where you least expect, it is a small beach with lots of sand where Berliners go sunbathing. Sunbathing with cocktails in hand can be a good way to relax on a feast day or even during lunch break. How about? Do you want to do just the bathroom? No problem! In front of the sculpture called Molecule Man consists of two men riddled impressive height, is also a swimming pool where able bathe without problems.

Old sheds

Nothing like a sunny day in Berlin

The drinks inside are ridiculously expensive (€ 5 for a bottle of water), so drink the bath. It is great in the sand and have chairs and mattresses to lay on. If you do not want to be in the arena, there is an area with wooden tables without sand. The pool is super-clean and never crowded. The shower is required before getting into the water. There devez DJs to time and there is always background music. And if there are football, you can see there on the big screen! The river views are great, watching people go by boat and the city is seen. Definitely worth two euros!!

Arena in downtown Berlin

Charlie Beach as also is known, is not a mirage. In the middle there is a beach Kochstrabe (without water) and bars that range from tpica food and a variety of beers. A perfect spot to stop off and relax for a while continue to discover Berlin.
