Daria Daulat Bagh
The Tippu Sultan, known as the Tiger of Mysore, was the Summer Palace in 1784, surrounded by beautiful gardens with fountains. It was declared a National Monument in 1959 and has now been converted into a museum that houses many of the memories of the sultan. The most characteristic feature of this spot are the frescoes that decorate the walls of the palace. The frescoes depict British war scenes.
