The house specialties are not to be missed, they include dishes such as: tortelli with ricotta, burrata and Parmesan cheese. Pumpkin tortelli, reinforced by blowfly fruit, with crushed almond, a bitter counterpoint of a sweet over savory cuisine. The saffron risotto with fried artichokes has many ingredients: delicacy, purity, fragrance, simplicity ...it is impeccable. The eel demands several tries: crispy fried with lemon zest has much charm even when displaying gelatinous fat, sauteed (alla griglia) with radicchietto, or flavored with orange carpione.
