A range of new flavours
In the centre of Stirling, Fabio D'Agosta runs this modern Italian restaurant with his Canadian wife, which he says offers a new concept in the kitchen. With personalized service, D'Agosta is one of the few Italian restaurants serving authentically cooked pasta, as Fabio says "al dente". Any of the varieties you choose will be absolutely delicious. Fabio always comes to ask his clients how their meal was and to thank them for coming. Also, he speaks fluent Spanish, since he worked in Cadiz as the head chef on organized cruises. His wife obviously speaks fluent French, so between them they offer their culinary art in three languages, in case you have any problems with English.
