Curuxeiras Port

The Bastion Battery of San Juan is in Ferrol Vello, which has lovely views of the Curuxeiras. Leaving port on boats that cross the river or sail to Mugardos or the Castle of San Felipe. This citadel is a remnant of the old city defensive walls, built in the eighteenth century. A fun fact is that this point is the 0 kilometer mark of the English Road to Santiago and the Way to San Andrés de Teixido, Cedeira.
