The Arch of the side of theroad is a monument which symbolises the peace and strength of the people of the city of Leon Guanajuato. In this area you can enjoy a scene full of lights making a contrast with natural light and magnificent moonlight, visit it after 8 pm, but if you like the view that daylight gives you,you can see them from 7am.
