Craters of the Moon

A set of craters, geysers and volcanic formations in the mountains, located in the charming resort town of Taupo, the best way to reach the craters is by car, but you can get in some by Shuttle Bus from one of the hostels or hotels. In the YHA Hostel they call for you. A visit to the crater costs $6, about 3 euros, and the duration of the visit is about 45 minutes. a nice mountain road with marked trail, you can see the craters and steaming geysers etc, in some places the smells are strong and intense
