Comme son nom l'indique cette place abrite le palais de justice de Concepcion et fait le lien entre le quartier universitaire et le coeur de la ville. Très animée, on peut y trouver un énorme centre commercial sur plusieurs étages et un petit musée artisanal d'art indien. Un bon spot pour se repérer dans la ville, faire du skate et son shopping ou encore se balader dans la rue piétonne qui en part.

As its name suggests, this site is home to the courthouse Concepcion and the link between the university district and the heart of the city. Busy, we can find a huge shopping center on several floors and a small museum of Indian craft art. A good spot to spot in the city, skateboarding and shopping or strolling in the pedestrian street through.

Por su curioso diseño que alberga a distinto juzgados y en dónde en las mañanas se ejerce el derecho y circulan los abogados y sus clientes y en las tardes se llena de juventud que usan sus pasillos exteriores para distenderse y hacer sus prácticas de skateboard. Por estar muy central, a pasos de la plaza de temas, son duda deberías conocer.

Beautiful architectural work for its curious design that houses different courts and where in the mornings the law is exercised and circulated lawyers and their clients and in the evenings is filled with youth who use their exterior corridors to relax and do their skateboarding practices ,. En verano es agradable, pero por sobre todo de noche, además del fresco nocturno, puedes disfrutar del ambiente urbano. A la vista hay una pileta que cambia de colores, suena romántico,pero si quieres pasar un tiempo a solas, o con compañía es tranquilizante. ¡Ah! No olvides de tomar un exquisito batido mientras disfruta del rato, sólo prueba y comprueba por ti mismo (a).

In summer it"s nice, but above all at night, in addition to the cool night, you can enjoy the urban environment. Centralizado, es un arco distinto a varios edificios, siempre con artistas tocando y cantando. Si bien a estado un algo estropeado por las manifestaciones, sigue siendo un paso principal que conecta la Diagonal con el paseo peatonal principal de Concepción
