Sustainable tourism
The truth is that we were very lucky staying at the Hotel-Restaurant La Coquerie Lecoq-Gadby. This century-old house focuses on sustainable tourism, making the stay was most enjoyable! The restaurant offers a very select kitchen with a variety of signature dishes by the chef, Pierre Legrand. This cook, with a pioneering spirit, chooses products with regard to the environment. You must try the grilled Guilvinec prawns with tender leeks and perfumed licorice, almond milk emulsion or fennel confit lamb with Mas de Vaudoret olive oilr. As for accommodation, the rooms are great. They are located in the new building, which is environmentally friendly.
