Paneriai Memorial Museum

Es uno de los sitios mas desoladores que he visitado nunca y a la vez transmite una paz inexplicable. Para empezar hay que coger un tren desde Vilna en dirección sudoeste, hay unos 20 trenes diarios, con dirección Trakai o Kaunas. Cuesta 1,20 LTL y se tarda unos 20 minutos. Una vez llegados a la estación de Paneriai hay que bajarse del tren, que por cierto es de total reminiscencia soviética, y cruzar la vía hacia las casa de la izquierda y la calle Agrasty, dejando las casas a la izquierda y la vía a la derecha. Caminando más o menos un kilómetro Te encuentras de frente con dos enormes palabras sobre piedra "Paneriu Memorialas". Hay un texto en ruso que recuerda a los 100.000 ciudadanos soviéticos que perecieron en el lugar, un antiguo campo de exterminio.
