Colonel Bailey Dungeon
These cells, 30.5 m wide and 12.2 m wide, are named after Colonel Bailey because he was a prisoner here (during the war against Tipu Sultan). It is situated very near the fort and the Sri Ranganathaswamy temple. In the center of the dungeon we can find a cannon, which apparently fell from the roof (you can see the hole in the roof). I remember that I paid to enter and I don't remember how much, but I do remember that it wasn't worth it.
