Spacious, clean rooms
When we were travelling through Thailand and Cambodia, we didn't want to stay in hotels that cost more than about $10, and we found this little gem in the city of Siem Reap. Follow the bank of the Siem Reap River southbound about 150 metres from National Highway 6, and you'll find this hotel. The street is quite dilapidated - in Siem Reap you'll find some streets that are still unpaved - but on the plus side, it's in a very quiet area.
The facade is charming, built in the traditional style, and there's a very large reception with free internet access and a counter where you can arrange trips (for example, to the temples of Angkor Wat).
