Town hall
As usual, the Town Hall is located in the historic center of the city, the Plaza Mayor. It is a neoclassical building built in stone that dates back to the nineteenth century. It has two floors and it's facade is symmetrical with two bodies joined together by a central body which is then topped with a pediment on which there stands the presidential balcony and also the clock. The access is through a portico steps, in the hall where there is the "Big Picture", a painting by German Calvo which represents the history of the city.
