Fica nos jardins da Casa de América que está instalada no Palácio de Linares construido no século XIX e cuja bonita fachada podemos ver da Plaza de Cibelles. A cargo da cozinha do restaurante está o conhecido Chef Juanjo López Bedmar connhecido pela La Tasquita de Enfrente e que aquí mantém uma carta pequena mas com alguns pratos interessantes. Os mais recomendados são o Steak tartar ao qual junto também a Carrilera de Porco, saborosa e cozinhada ao ponto. É um restaurante caro com boa comida cujo ponto negativo foi os problemas com o serviço no día em que fomos.
